Some immigration attorneys charge a fee for their initial meeting with a prospective client. I do not charge a fee for an initial meeting with someone who is looking to hire an immigration lawyer. Please call me or e-mail me to arrange for a free consultation about your immigration case.

I do not provide free instructions for people who intend to prepare their cases on their own without an immigration lawyer. I provide free consultations about my legal services – I do not provide free legal advice.
My consultations about immigration cases are all free unless:
- I need to conduct a review of a large file.
- I need to conduct legal research on your case.
- You are referred to me by a legal referral service that requires a consultation fee.
- You are seeking an appointment for legal advice about the immigration consequences of a proposed plea agreement – I do not consider such a meeting to be a “consultation” because the purpose of such a meeting is not for you to decide whether or not to hire me, but for me to provide actual legal advice and representation.
Free consultations are NOT available on WEEKENDS.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATIONS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All consultations are screened on the phone before scheduling an in-person appointment. Please be prepared to discuss your case before calling. Whether or not I meet someone for an in-person consultation is at my discretion.
